My Short Term Goals
My goal is to find a position within a year of graduation that allows me to be challenged and encouraged. As a dedicated, motivated, hard-working person, I thrive in positions that allow me to express my creativity and thoughts. Teams that prioritize collaboration and communication are where I shine. Furthermore, I am looking for a company that prioritizes development and teaching because making mistakes is natural, and I always appreciate learning how I can improve.
My Long Term Goals
My long-term goal is to find a position that allows me to grow not only as an employee but also as an individual. I am a driven team player and leader, and I value loyalty above all else. My goal is to find a company where I can work for a long time building my career, connections, and experience. If it were possible, I also hope to work for a company that will allow me to either travel and work or travel in my time off work. I believe that it is just as important to cultivate one's mind as it is to broaden their skills, and traveling is one of the best ways to accomplish that.
